We will listen to what you want to accomplish so that we can match you with the right program. Once you and your loan coordinator have reviewed your personal situation and decided this is the right approach for you, it’s time to get a preliminary approval.

2. Preliminary Approval

After applying, your loan coordinator will have you gather a few basic papers. Our credit department reviews the total picture. In most cases we can get your approval in 48 hours or less. With our extensive number of programs, we are dedicated to finding the right match for you.

3. Processing

We assemble all of the documents necessary to complete our loan smoothly. We build a file that details your income, employment, assets, debts and property information. Some programs may require a property appraisal to determine exact value. With your cooperation and our team’s work behind the scenes your loan gets processed quickly.

4. Document Preparation

All of the necessary paperwork is put together. As required by law, we send you loan pre-disclosures, which confirm all of your loan details. The actual loan documents are prepared. The signing of documents usually occurs at your home with a representative for your convenience. The documents are returned overnight to our offices. It is that easy.

5. Final Approval

Your documents and entire file are given a final review to check for completeness and accuracy. Once it is confirmed that everything is in order a final commitment is given. This final commitment will include the remaining conditions, if any, still needed before your loan actually closes. Next, the best part!

6. Funding

Your money is disbursed to you. Keep in mind that the actual timing of these last few steps can vary depending on which state you live in.
